The front desk staff are so rude.. The person answering the phone is also really so half-hearted.. It makes me wonder how they even work there.. The director too, the moment I went in for a consultation, was sitting there with greasy hair, reeking of cigarette smoke, frowning and looking annoyed. When I asked a question, they embarrassed me by snapping at me, saying hadn’t they already said that, that they had explained everything, so why was I acting like that; I was really taken aback.
