One side of my epicanthal fold was getting more pronounced, so I went in for a consultation because I wanted secondary canthoplasty.. They said a little more widening would probably be enough.. I don't think they recommend unnecessary procedures either. I should think about it a bit more and decide whether to have the surgery or not........
