Revision revision revision rhinoplasty..... This is my 4th rhinoplasty

A long, long time ago, 6-7 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty at a hospital whose name I do not even remember. Then 3 years ago I had revision rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage, and 1 year ago I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage, but the result was... really bad. The side profile of my nose was honestly very good, but from the front my nostrils were asymmetric and my nose was crooked, so I ended up getting a revision revision revision rhinoplasty. I had my 4th nose surgery at D-Day Plastic Surgery, and from the consultation Director Choo said it would be hard to make the nose perfectly symmetrical, so I did not have huge expectations and just hoped it would be aligned to some extent. It is not perfect now, but it has become almost symmetrical, and the crooked feeling is gone too. They said they would reuse my autologous costal cartilage, and they also added donated costal cartilage for the surgery. My 3rd revision rhinoplasty was 7 million won, but maybe because this time I did not use autologous costal cartilage and used donated costal cartilage, the cost was much lower. It has been about 2 and a half months? since my nose surgery now, and for now I am satisfied. Still, I think I need to watch it for another 1-2 years, so I am not feeling completely relieved. This time, I really hope my nose stays well without any issues.
