Before/after/after My hooked nose was severe, so I had rhinitis surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty together. I had it done at MH. When I first had the consultation, I said I didn't want to use costal cartilage, but they recommended costal cartilage.. The consultation was kind and good, and the director explained everything really thoroughly and carefully, so I agonized over it until the very end and eventually had the surgery with costal cartilage lol... Autologous costal cartilage is, after all, a money issue.. And the thought of cutting into my rib scared me too ㅠㅠ
On the first day after surgery, it was so hard that I regretted it, thinking I had paid money to buy pain for no reason, seriously. But exactly one week passed, and after getting the stitches removed, there didn't seem to be any major issues other than being careful with things like picking my nose or washing my face. Since the hooked nose that annoyed me the most was fixed, it feels worth the money and I'm happy. Rhinoplasty isn't a safe surgery, but if you research it well and get it done, I do think it's a surgery with high satisfaction.
