Before Before Before After After After After After In my first rhinoplasty, septal cartilage was used, but that caused problems. My septum became deviated, so I couldn’t breathe well through the left side, and the silicone moved so much that whenever it shifted to one side, it became a habit to push it back with my hand. Aesthetically, it was also too pointy, the silicone shape was very obvious, and the side line wasn’t pretty either.
As I looked into revision surgery, I wanted all of these issues to improve, and I thought I could trust this clinic and Dr. Kim. During the consultation, I could feel that the doctor was extremely meticulous. The things I requested were subtle and may have been a bit tiring to ask for, but the doctor also empathized with my needs, so I often felt, “I’m not just being overly sensitive.”
The customized fit definitely suits my facial structure well, and because I have thin skin, I’m in a condition where silicone could easily show, but it doesn’t look like I had surgery! It just feels like my nose is pretty! It has been 3 months now, and people around me don’t notice that I had surgery. They say I got prettier and that my face somehow looks more comfortable to look at. I think it’s because the previously obvious silicone is gone and my nasal tip became rounder. I’m completely satisfied, and I hope it stays like this for the rest of my life~!!
