I hurriedly made an appointment because I could see the implant showing through the tip of my nose and met with the director. I visited Miho because there were many videos on Miho’s YouTube channel about nose side effects, and I thought they would know a lot about noses. The director was very kind and said that because there was enough space between the skin and the implant, surgery wasn’t necessary. It was a hospital where I trusted them because they didn’t pressure me into surgery. On the other hand, I remember the manager(?) bringing up my current nose shape, which startled me - I did not receive an estimate. Please ignore the estimate cost!
