Before and after after after after The first one is before, and all the rest are after. It's now the day before it will be 2 weeks since my nose surgery, and I asked them to make the bridge look natural and improve my bulbous nose with tip-plasty, fat removal, cartilage tying, lowering the columella, etc. But the grooves at the nasal tip from the front are uneven.. Especially if you look at the upper part of the nasal ala/nostril wing, the right side is sunken and the left side is protruding. But on the left side, only the middle of the nasal bridge is bulging, and maybe they tied the nasal tip cartilage too tightlyㅜ, because it looks pinched in. A hump on the right side of the nasal bridge was protruding horizontally, so maybe they only did osteotomy on the right side and that made the asymmetry worse.. What do you think? Do you think I need to do it again??ㅠㅠ Or is it just fairly normal enough that it wouldn't bother me?? Is the asymmetry really that severe,, or should I watch the swelling progress a bit more..?
