I had been going there almost since it opened, but I felt like they had lost their original spirit, so I stopped going. The staff are always kind, but after the manager who handled consultations when it first opened changed, the managers honestly started to feel like they were just there to waste time. They don't seem to have any professionalism at all, and they keep saying everything has to be done their way, even though there are procedures they were already doing before they became managers. ^^;;; In the past, after consulting with the manager, I would also meet with the doctor before the procedure, but because they got so busy, that part was deleted now ㅠㅠㅜ
