I went there basically ever since they opened, but I felt like they'd lost their初心, so I stopped going. The staff were always kind, and after the manager who handled consultations when they first opened was replaced, the managers honestly started to feel like they were just there to waste time. They looked completely unprofessional and kept saying things had to be done their way, even though there were procedures they'd been doing since before they became managers. ^^;;; In the past, after consulting with the manager, you would also consult with the doctor before the procedure, but they got so busy that they deleted that part now T_T
