I went for a consultation after a recommendation from someone around me. Both the doctor and the manager were extremely kind, and because I wanted surgery using autologous costal cartilage, when I told them what I wanted, they adjusted everything and handled it well for me. This was my first nose consultation, so I had a lot of questions, but they answered everything kindly.
