I did feel like the doctor kind of rushed through the consultation. There are many reviews saying the waiting time is long, but I didn’t wait that long and only waited about 5 minutes past my scheduled time. While I was waiting, I saw the parents of someone who had double-eyelid surgery come in and complain about the size, and the staff were really cold. The coordinator was kind, but I’d like it if the staff were a little kinder.
