I did get the feeling that the director was kind of brushing the consultation off. A lot of reviews say the waiting time is long, but I did not wait long at all and only had to wait about 5 minutes past my appointment time. While waiting, I saw the parents of someone who had double eyelid surgery come in and complain about the size, and the staff were very cold. The manager was kind, but I think it would be better if the staff were a little kinder.
