I had no septum so I used donated rib cartilage. I was worried because my nose is upturned, so I asked whether it would be absorbed, and they said it wouldn’t. They even said they were confident that they had never once experienced a change in shape due to absorption in café posts. So I had high expectations, and for the first 3 to 4 months it was really satisfying, but now a lot of it has been absorbed. Swelling may be part of it, but it has really gotten a lot shorter. The problem is that it’s still ongoing. I don’t know if I was unlucky or if I just got a bad piece of donated rib cartilage, but I really regret not using autologous rib cartilage ㅋ
