I went to a local clinic through a referral because of my septum, but the director just looked at my nose and explained things, so it felt a bit less convincing. In the end, the schedule didn't work out, so I couldn't do it, but it would have been nice if they had looked at my nose in more detail and explained the surgical methods more thoroughly.
