The doctor was so kind and explained the surgery process and all the things I was curious about one by one, which I really liked. I was told the surgery would be done using the nasal septum and silicone, and I felt reassured by that. The consultation manager was kind too, but they kept bringing up booking for the same day, which felt a little pressure.
