Maybe because there were so many people, what I remember most is that it was just chaotic... The doctor and the manager did explain things well, but the wait was rather long, and they seemed a bit tired, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't ask all the questions I had prepared. I liked what they explained about the surgery and the reviews, but I held off because I was worried about whether I could really get proper aftercare.
