The doctor doesn't talk much, and even when the patient asks questions, they explain things in a way that feels annoyed. They are older. Even before the surgery they had this attitude, and if something goes wrong after surgery, it feels like they would take no responsibility at all. Seeing them say that every side effect is unavoidable makes them seem like everything in the world is just a bother.
