Compared to other places, the director and manager didn't pressure me or push additional surgeries, which was comfortable. They pointed out exactly the parts I wanted and the parts that needed improvement, without making any unreasonable recommendations. It felt like they were matching the patient's needs. It wasn't an extremely overfriendly place, but honestly, I feel burdened if people are too nice, so I liked that he was straightforward and the consultation was clean and simple. And I felt a sense of trust because safety seemed to be important to them.
