The director was very calm and gentle! Since the director was a woman, I felt a bit more comfortable too. I was afraid I’d forget what I wanted to ask, so I made a list of questions before going. The director explained each one well, and the consultation manager was also kind and explained things well. There was no pressure to make a reservation, and after surgery they seemed to provide something like a notebook? Those parts were good too!
