The director was kind, and I had written down the things I wanted to ask, but they wrote everything down for me on their own haha. After touching and examining my nose, they said the silicone seemed to be a few millimeters and that it didn’t seem like much septal cartilage had been used, so I thought their palpation was quick. Since I had septal extension, they said it would be better to leave the support strut in place. I wanted to do it here, but there was a long wait before I could book, so I decided on a place that could do it sooner!
