The director was kind, and I had written down the questions I wanted to ask, but they wrote everything down for me on their own haha. After feeling around, they said the silicone was a few millimeters and that it did not seem like much septal cartilage had been used, so I thought they were quick at palpation. They said that since I had septal extension, it would be better to leave the support structure in place. I wanted to do it here, but there was still a long time left before I could make a reservation, so I decided on a faster place!
