I never got to meet the director, so I can’t speak to professionalism, but the manager was very kind and thorough during the consultation. There were a lot of customers in the lobby. I went because a friend who had surgery there recommended it, and apparently you get a bit more of a discount in that case. They recommended incisional surgery and upper canthoplasty, and the price was around 2 million won. The incisional procedure also includes other procedures such as ptosis correction. They also said free A/S is available within 5 years, and that scar laser treatment and other services are provided without limit, so the aftercare seems very good. I saw a lot of good reviews too, so that part was nice, but the biggest downside seems to be that you never get to meet the director during the consultation.
