I went for a consultation because I wanted a revision double-eyelid surgery plus lower canthoplasty and lower outer canthoplasty. I requested a consultation specifically with Director Kang Hyewon. Um, there were a lot of staff members. They even pressed the elevator floor button for me and seemed very service-oriented, but honestly it gave me a very much only superficially kind feeling haha. The manager was not that great. The director was kind. I had made a reservation, but there was about a one-hour wait. The director's consultation was thorough, but it was just about how they would do a good job. The manager was not great, but I am considering going ahead with surgery based on trust in the director.
