Day 20 after nose silicone removal

After<Before After>It's been over 3 years since my last nose surgery, but I had pain in my nasal bridge and felt like the silicone was moving, so I ended up having removal surgery ㅠ At first, I was going to have the silicone removed at the hospital where I had my previous surgery, but when I looked into it, the cost difference from hospitals specializing in removal wasn't that big. And when I searched reviews, there were a lot of people saying their nose became upturned after removing the silicone, or the shape became weird, so I also went to hospitals famous for nose removal, like ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅊㅁ, ㄱㅇㅅ. Every time I went for a consultation, the directors all said the silicone was lifted/floating.. After going to consultations at both the hospital where I had surgery and removal hospitals, I felt like a removal hospital would be better, so in the end, I had silicone removal surgery at one of the removal hospitals I consulted at.

I'm now on day 20 after surgery. They didn't touch the cartilage in the nasal tip, and removed the 4 mm silicone through a closed approach. I told people around me that I had functional surgery because of rhinitis, and went back to work after 3 days. Luckily, there was only swelling and almost no bruising. Now that it's been a month, it seems a bit lower than it was at one week after surgery. Will my nose shape change more from here?ㅠㅠ I hope it doesn't get any lowerㅠ..!!!ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
