For everyone who had non-open silicone removal surgery, from when can it be considered the stabilization period? From when did your nose shape stop changing and stay maintained?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
