Probably because it's a large hospital, it seemed very busy. The consultation manager was rude, so I won't mention that part. The director didn't explain the surgery in detail. He briefly mentioned roughly how the surgery would be done, and then immediately moved on to Q&A. On the other hand, he answered questions accurately and concisely. He seems to teach you what he knows as much as he can? There are a lot of reviews and the name recognition is high, so expectations are high..
