I went for a nose surgery consultation, and since my columella is slightly upturned, other hospitals all said that when reducing the nostrils, they would lift the nostrils to match. But this was the only plastic surgery clinic that said they would lengthen the nasal tip. I had never thought of that at all because everyone else kept saying to make it shorter, but my face is longer vertically than horizontally, so if the nose gets shorter, it makes the chin feel too long? Thanks to the doctor's consultation, I could think about it more. I've never had surgery, so I'm giving 3 points!
