The director is very annoyed by consultations, and if you ask even a little too many questions, he gets irritated. Then the consultation manager says she'll handle it herself and calms the director down. It was a very fresh experience. The consultation manager also doesn't focus on expertise so much as smiling and saying only what she wants to say. The nurses and front desk staff are very kind. It's just a hospital where the doctor has all the power. And expensive.
