October 28, day of surgery
Before surgery After changing clothes, I washed my face with cleansing foam and gargled. The director personally took photos with a DSLR. I went straight to the operating room, got anesthesia, and fell asleep
After surgery I think it took about 3 hours Why does my head hurt so much, and why am I so dizzy and nauseous? Because of the general anesthesia, my throat hurts so much, it’s driving me crazy My face is insanely swollen … crazy, I look like that “fan lady” Blood keeps flowing from my nose, drip drip I feel like I shouldn’t have done it, it’s so hard. People who touch facial bones are seriously amazing On top of that, the swelling is so severe, I look like a big-nosed cartoon character But around 5 o’clock I started walking around lol good I can already feel my nasolabial folds and mouth line have improved Even when sleeping, I slept almost sitting up. Drank lots of water
Day 2 after surgery
I thought it was normal not to be able to taste or smell, but it feels a little strange.. They say this kind of case is rare I can feel the swelling gradually moving downward. My cheeks feel like they’re going to burst, and the salivary gland area is swollen too, so it hurts My ears keep feeling blocked, so everything sounds muffled, and I have a headache and dizziness ㅠ I suffered from nosebleeds all day, then it got a little better in the evening My mouth doesn’t move well, so yesterday and today I’ve only been eating pumpkin porridge Today I even drove !!
Anyway, that’s the end of what I recorded .. lololololol While looking into protruding mouth surgery, I saw quite a lot of posts saying they regretted it Hmm … I agree too If your protrusion is severe enough that you’re considering double-jaw surgery, I would recommend it, but Having surgery like me just to push it in by barely 3 mm … I don’t think that’s really it Because orthodontic treatment after surgery is also essential, and I think you might rather be able to see results with orthodontics alone My sense of smell still hasn’t come back ㅠㅠ I recommend thinking very deeply before deciding !!
