I had revision surgery in 2015.. using septal cartilage,, but my nasal tip gradually drooped, my nostrils are uneven, the starting point of the silicone is high, and the nasal tip is drooping, so it looks straight-shaped..ㅠㅠ My columella is crooked too ㅠㅠ Since I have a dragon nose, when I went for consultations elsewhere, they recommended lowering the nostril rim, but I heard that if I do that, a lot of scar tissue can form..ㅠㅠ
