I am planning to have everything in my nose removed, but I cannot find anyone who had surgery like mine, so it is hard to predict what the shape will be like after surgeryㅠㅠ Please think of it as saving a person and leave a comment. I have a long midface and a protruding philtrum, so I am someone with a narrow nasolabial angle. My original nose was on the low side. It was a slightly droopy bulbous nose, and I had some columella. In my first surgery, the silicone was extended all the way to the nasal tip, and ear cartilage was stacked on top of it, so my nasal tip gradually became compressed. It is different from droopingㅠㅠ It was literally pressed down. In the second surgery, they were critical of the silicone being extended all the way to the nasal tip...
