I’m planning to have revision surgery They say that if I have surgery with donated costal cartilage, after opening up the nose, if they need to use two pieces, there will be an extra charge. Is that right..? Is that usually how it is? From what I saw on YouTube, some places slice one piece and use as much as needed, and some places have them packaged exactly one piece at a time, But how would they know how many centimeters one piece is for me and say they’re going to charge extra..? I don’t understand. Are there other clinics that do this too?? Has anyone here heard of this!!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
