In my first surgery, I used silicone, but contracture developed; This time, with autologous costal cartilage, I want something a bit glamorous but still natural? I wanted to try matching the current trend, so I looked into clinics. Everyone told me to be careful about scarring when harvesting autologous costal cartilage, so at all three places, that was my first question as soon as the consultation started lol I also picked and brought review photos I liked, and listened to all the explanations about aftercare and AS. In the end, I’m debating between ㅇㄴㅂ and ㄹㅇㅈ. I already know both are good at noses, so I feel like it’ll turn out well whichever one I go to, but since it’s a revision surgery, I’m a little more drawn to ㄹㅇㅈ.. This is my truly final surgery decision, but it’s a happy dilemma. I feel like I won’t sleep tonight?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
