I’m planning to remove my nasal silicone implant and have revision rhinoplasty with donated dermis. Are there any hospitals that do a lot of revision nose surgery using donated dermis? Please recommend one. This is my last surgery. I don’t want to open up my nose ever again. I’m also curious about how much donated dermis gets absorbed, whether there are any side effects of donated dermis, and whether it makes the nose look too spread out.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
