I went for a consultation, and because the cartilage shows through at my nasal tip and things like that, I said I thought I’d have to get it removed someday, and they said it was showing through. They said now isn’t the problem, but 3-4 years later will be the problem. They said complete removal is possible, but after looking at photos of my original nose, if everything is taken out, it could look completely spread out, so if I’m really never going to have surgery again for the rest of my life, they recommended removing the silicone and leaving the support strut. In my heart I want to remove everything tooㅜ but after feeling inside my nose, they said it seems the septal cartilage was harvested excessively. Lower the support strut a bit, remove the silicone, and handle the rest…
