I’m almost at 4 months now; should I say it has settled this much?! Or could it droop more or get absorbed over time from here??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
