Nose Re-Surgery

Would it be okay to remove the implant and redo only the nasal tip?

Because it’s contracture, I don’t feel like using an implant again. Anyway, there wasn’t anywhere that recommended using it again either. But the recommended surgical methods split into two options. 1 Complete removal, including capsule removal, and only cartilage repositioning for the nasal tip. They said the nose shape won’t be as upturned as it is now, but it could become shorter than my original nose. 2 Remove the implant, remove problematic parts such as scar tissue and capsule, and revision surgery for the nasal tip. The materials currently inside my nose are silicone and septal cartilage. What I’m questioning is that I clearly heard from the previous hospital that they used only septal cartilage before having the surgery, but if only septal cartilage was used …
