It has been 4 months since I had revision surgery for a contracted nose using autologous costal cartilage and donated dermis, and it is still holding up well. I think it has become more natural over time. The contraction was so severe that it was almost like I had no nasal tip, but now I have a nose haha. I had been so stressed because of my nose, but now I can confidently go around without a mask I hope it just keeps maintaining well like this!!
