My nasal bridge is moderate and I have a hump nose, but I was suffering so much because of it that I searched online and went around for consultations really hard for a month.. lol I made a list, and Director Kim at First Button and Director Yoon at Miho were the most my style. At first there were 3 places, including OM, but the wait seemed no joke.. so I didn’t try making a reservation ㅠㅠ
-First Button, Director Kim- While researching non-implant rhinoplasty, I saw it mentioned a lot and it was famous, so I made a reservation and went. There is a CT scan fee of 20,000 won, but I had the scan and then consulted with the director. The hospital atmosphere was good and the director was kind, so I think the consultation details came across better lol For the material, he said we should use the septal cartilage first, and said it seemed like septal cartilage would need to be used. He said if there is enough septal cartilage, it seemed like we could finish with just that. He said he would refine the hump nose naturally and prettily, but said osteotomy would be necessary. He told me clearly what could and couldn’t be done without overtreatment, so I actually felt even more trust.
-Miho, Director Yoon- Even though I made a reservation in advance, there was still a bit of a wait. The director also said osteotomy would be necessary for the hump, and explained that if I had surgery, my side profile would become this way and the front view would look like this; he seemed very confident haha For surgical materials, he said septal cartilage and ear cartilage would need to be used, and I asked whether ear cartilage pain was okay. He said it isn’t very painful.. hmm The hospital atmosphere was very bright and energetic lol I also liked the kind consultant, who didn’t pressure me to pay a deposit, and the weather was nice on my way back, so it was a memorable consultation.
I’ve been to 2 consultations, and it feels a little insufficient, but also like I may have found a place I like, so I’m a bit confused.. In this kind of situation, is a second consultation the right move?
