I had septal extension and even removal of the support, but it still feels like something is stuck in the nasal septum, and when I smile the columella moves with a sudden catch. They say it is because the alar cartilage is catching on the septum, but does anyone else have symptoms like mine? T_T My nose feels heavy and the tip is pulling too. T_T It has been 1 year and 6 months since removal, but nothing has changed compared with before removal. Could it be due to scar tissue? T_T Someone please save me
