I had nose surgery 7 years ago, and my columella has dropped and my nostrils are visible. There is nothing uncomfortable, but when I look at it, it feels like the silicone has shifted and the ear cartilage is not in its proper place either. Honestly, I like the side profile, but when I look at my nose from the front, it does make me upset. I am planning to go for consultations at the top three clinics, and I want to remove everything while also making the nostrils visible from the front symmetrical and lifting the columella to correct it at the same time. Could you recommend the top three clinics or a place with good aesthetic sense?? Honestly, even looking at before-and-after photos, it is hard to decide because results vary so much from person to person.
