A desperate review of removal at [Clinic A] and [Clinic B], plus consultation notes

Because [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] are close by, I first booked consultations at both places, and I'm planning to go to a few more later. First of all, I've had my nose surgery for more than 15 years. It was my first and last nose surgery, and I never had any additional procedures like filler. I also never had contracture or inflammation, but the bridge was showing through bluish, like a bruise, so I went for a consultation. I had a lot of trust in the blog of Doctor A at [Clinic A], and when I met them in person they seemed to have a real philosophy. They were kind and showed explanations and examples, but because it was a consultation based only on palpation, it didn't really sink in. My nose is so old that I don't even know what condition it's in, so the consultation about what would happen and what might happen didn't feel very convincing And they said to leave the septal support in place and lower the height, but I wanted complete removal. It wasn't that the consultation was bad, but since I didn't know the state of my nose, I couldn't feel certain.. They said the blue color in my nose isn't an emergency and can be monitored, but that doesn't mean it doesn't need to be removed. The scale of [Clinic B] felt similar to [Clinic A], more like a private clinic. They looked at my nose with ultrasound during the consultation and told me what had been used in my nose and what the nasal bone was like now, which was helpful. They recommended complete removal. It's not an emergency, but they said to remove it as soon as possible. My skin is thin, and the silicone has come down almost to just under the skin. Also, from the first surgery onward, the doctors and staff immediately caught the subtle shortcomings of my nose that even I had a hard time noticing. That made me feel they have a good aesthetic sense. Honestly, I was hesitant because of some reviews that bothered me before the consultation, but the consultation was very good and I'm still torn. The prices were similar at both places and within a range I can handle. On Friday I'm going to the hospital where I had my first nose surgery for a consultation. They are not one of the three major places for removal, but they are known for revision surgery, and since I had my first surgery there while two of the three major places were involved, the staff had this vibe of, "This hospital is acknowledged?" The doctor is supposed to be good.. Also, about 10 years after surgery, when my nose turned bluish I went there, and the doctor's attitude and that sense of taking responsibility were so trustworthy that I want to go back for a consultation. But even then they recommended revision rather than removal I want removal, but they were a bit negative about removal. Right now, the treatment methods suggested by [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] and the current state of my nose are being described so differently that I think I need to visit other places too. I want to go to [Clinic C] and [Clinic D], but I live in the provinces, so it's hard to coordinate schedules Please, not broker posts, but reviews from people who really had the surgery themselves, I really need them
