My nose already had a bit of a bulbous tip and a slightly upturned nose, but the first surgery was overly done, so I ended up with a pinched feeling in my nostrils. Even after two partial removals, the pinching didn't get resolved.. But today, after checking the video, they said there is still a thin 1-2 mm piece of ear cartilage left at both nose tips;; If I remove that and just reposition the alar cartilage, could it return to the nostril shape I had before I was born? Anyone here who came back to a rounder shape? T_T
