One-Month Review After Revision Nose Surgery and Philtrum Reduction!

It’s already been a month since I had nose surgery and philtrum reduction at Litmus! Even at the 2-week mark, I was already much happier than before and satisfied, but now that it’s been a month, I can clearly feel how different it is lol At first, both my nose and lip area were swollen, so I was worried it might look too obvious, but as time passed and the swelling gradually went down, the shape became more and more natural. I had already had nose surgery once before, so I kept being bothered by the hooked-nose look and the slight crookedness of the columella, but this time those parts definitely show much less, which makes me the happiest. From the front, my nose looks cleaner than before, and from the side it turned out exactly the shape I wanted, so I’ve been feeling good when taking photos lately lol I also had the philtrum shortened at the same time because I wanted that reduced too, and that part has actually been more satisfying than I expected! With the length a little shorter, my overall facial proportions look different, and I feel like I look a bit younger than before. Especially because the space between my lips and nose got shorter, my face seems a little more defined, if that makes sense lol Since it’s only been a month, I think there’s still a little residual swelling around the tip of the nose and the lip area, so it doesn’t feel completely settled yet. Still, it’s much more natural than it was at the 2-week mark, and it’s fascinating seeing it change a little every day lol If it stays like this, I’d already be very satisfied, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it settles finally as the swelling goes down more! For now, up through the one-month mark, I really love the result, so I feel like I made the right choice getting surgery :)
