I had severe nasal congestion, so I was using a spray about 10 times a day just to get my nose open, but once I started getting migraines too, I knew I couldn't keep going. Because the congestion had started causing headaches, I rushed to an ENT clinic... It was uncomfortable functionally, but since I was going to have surgery anyway, I wanted to improve the shape too, so I looked for a place that was good at both functional and cosmetic work, and the place I found was [Clinic A]! I saw a lot of reviews on this community, so I used them as a reference and went for a consultation~ My side profile had a dorsal hump and my nasal tip was short, so my chin looked more prominent than it really was. Now that my bridge has some height and the tip is lifted, I think it looks much more balanced! During the consultation, I saw my nose condition on CT and was a bit shocked lol... My septum was quite deviated. I had rhinitis surgery and septoplasty correction at the same time, and breathing has become genuinely comfortable. It turned out the spray only works temporarily. My headaches are gone too, so my quality of life has changed completely.. I hope my nose surgery review can help people with rhinitis.
