Revision surgery due to visible tip cartilage and dissatisfaction with the shape. The donated rib cartilage used in the previous surgery was reused as is, and the silicone was replaced (the silicone was used with fascia layered over it) + ear cartilage at the tip + ear dermis graft. During the consultation, I said I wanted to use new donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, but they said they didn't really recommend it, so I reused it.
