I was going to go for complete removal, but the columella seems more drooped and lower than before, and I hate that my nose looks longer. I want to lift just the drooping columella a little. Is that hard to fix with simple removal, cartilage repositioning, or cartilage fixation? I heard that if the support is removed it can droop even more, so is the only option to remove it and then build a new support structure?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 25 Anyone who had a lot of work done before removal at [Clinic A]?
