I got a lot of help, so I’m leaving a photo review too! I hope I recover without any problems from here on out.I had the internal sutures removed today! I think the asymmetry on both sides of the nose is still due to swelling. I hope it heals well.For reference, I also had alar reduction during my second surgery, so my original nostrils were already asymmetric.As an extra note, I can’t agree with people saying the director is cold Out of the four times I went to the clinic, I cried three times, and all three times he comforted me and said many kind things..
