I had a consultation recently, and I liked everything, but they said they would open me up on the day of surgery and then decide whether to use costal cartilage, so that’s bothering me a bit Of course, they said if I don’t leave the decision to the director and say I don’t want to use it, they’ll proceed without using it, but I keep wondering whether my wishes will really be communicated properly, or whether after the surgery is over they might say they used it because it was necessary. Am I being too sensitive..? When I went to consultations at other clinics, there were places that said I didn’t need to use costal cartilage.
