Alar Base Reduction Review

Before <the top is before, the bottom is after; these are before-and-after photos> Among nose surgeries, I looked specifically for a clinic specializing in alar base reduction rather than the nasal bridge, so I ended up going to Unimedi Plastic Surgery.

At first, the specialist consultant spends about 1 hour conducting a really detailed consultation.

Honestly, after consulting with the consultant, I trusted them so much that I didn’t even look into other clinics. The price was a bit on the higher side (expensive considering it was only the alar base without nasal bridge surgery),

but I went ahead with it right away. They don’t just temporarily pull or reduce the alar base with thread like ordinary plastic surgery clinics; I think this clinic’s strength is that they create a round, natural-looking shape.

So even right after getting it done, there wasn’t much swelling, and although I had stitches, I could go about daily life. If I didn’t tell people... they barely even noticed I had surgery lol, except that because of the stitches, it looked like there were boogers inside. After the surgery, when I took photos, the before and after were so different... Of course, this was the day after surgery, so it was before the swelling went down.
